I’ve been going to Dr. Mark Gross for years now and honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else. Finding a dentist in Manhattan who actually runs on time feels like a miracle, but his office is consistently smooth and well-organized. You’re in the chair when they say you will be, and out without feeling rushed. Dr. Gross himself is calm, thorough, and clearly beyond brilliant. The hygienists are also genuinely excellent, professional, gentle, and easy to talk to. The whole office has a relaxed, polished feel that makes what is usually a dreaded appointment something I don’t mind at all. Highly recommend!

Very good experience. I have not been to a dentist in several years- i was so anxious and everyone here helped me and were all so kind and patient. Vicky at reception and Josephine the hygienist… Dr. Gross took his time to help me understand next steps in care. I will be back. I wish i had gone sooner.
