I’m a very nervous person when it comes to needles and pain because of past trauma from a similar procedure. I went in feeling extremely anxious, but the experience turned out to be completely pain-free and much quicker than I expected. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, which immediately helped put me at ease. Dr. Esteban was incredibly kind and took the time to explain every step, helping me feel safe and in control throughout the procedure. The nurse was just as compassionate, patiently explaining everything and doing everything possible to keep me calm. The clinic itself is clean, calm, and welcoming. I’m truly grateful for how gentle and understanding the entire team was.
