Mark B. Lew, Md, Llc

Dr. Mark Lew has been my children's pediatrician since they were born, all attentive and patient with the children, I cannot say any bad experience but recently I went to an appointment and I was surprised by how neglected his office is, all the doctors and nurses have been super kind to my children but Dr Lew. With all due respect, I let you know that you must have good hygiene and a better view of your patients so that they do not complain... a new paint and renewing some details are key to making it an office worthy of all of you as doctors and for all your patients.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife and I initially came to see Dr. Feuerstein but instead met with Dr. Lew. We were willing to overlook the appearance of the office, which anyone with basic infection control knowledge would recognize as unsanitary. However, what truly turned us off was our experience during our daughter’s first visit at just one week old. We spent approximately 40 minutes listening to Dr. Lew lecture us about vaccinating our child for measles and polio. Despite our repeatedly declining, he continued pressing the issue. At one point, he even mentioned that his wife was a lawyer, seemingly unaware that my wife is a nurse practitioner and that I have a legal background myself. He then proceeded to “belittle” us on how we were doing a disservice to our child and went as far as to threaten to notify social services. As parents, we have every legal, moral, and ethical right to opt out of vaccines, especially for a one-week-old child. The entire interaction was unprofessional, condescending, and unpleasant. I would certainly not recommend this practice and will be raising my concerns with the appropriate ethics board.
