It was approximately in summer 2024- 2025 I came for physical therapy due to radiculopathy lumbar and radiculopathy cervical spine problem. I handed to physical therapist, who conducted himself as doctor, all previous doctors and recent MRI reports, of my spine problem and physical therapy doctor set up for me an appointment to see him. I came for the appointment, then doctor took me in the room and lifted my shirt, said to lie down, then he came back with ice cold oil probably from refrigerator and poured on my lumbar spine. As result of it, doctor intentionally assaulted me to inflame my lumbar spine. I am sure he did that on purpose in order to make me keep coming back to his office for therapy. And then he set up an appointment for another day. I left and went home. When I came to this appointment with a cane because of a terrible pain in my lumbar spine he tried again to pour icy cold oil on my spine, I refused. Then he said to me if you refuse do not come any more for therapy. I said okay, my wife would do the massage therapy for my spine. Then he said to me tell your wife to come and do massage for him. Then a black man, I don’t know his name, in white coat, probably receptionist, came and asked the doctor what happened. The doctor stated he does not want oil. After some time I came back to this office to complain about him to his superior. The doctor showed me his computer and told me to look that he did not treat me. I told him that he charged Medicare for his treatments and got money for them. Nobody wanted to provide the name of his superior. After I told them that I will report this to Medicare and other agencies, one young lady hand wrote on a small post-it the name of the manager Michael Neystat. I called him several times on the phone, but he never answered. A woman from his office called me later and asked if I wanted to make an appointment for therapy. I am 85 years old, elderly man. Why this person, who considers himself a doctor, should assault and more damage me which I am unable to get out of bad, my legs collapse from waist down when I walk. Several times I fell on the street, some people lifted me up. This is happening constantly after his assault.

Horrible service. Went over 8 days ago, was told I’d receive a refill on my meds, however my pharmacy did not receive my medication. I called the doctors office, they said they would, again my pharmacy never received it. Yesterday I received a call from the doctors office saying they finally called in my medication. I went to pick it up and it was never sent out. They checked if other branches received it, they didnt. The people on the front desk are extremely rude, indirectly telling me my meds are not important. I have very severe epilepsy, hence why i chose this doctor. Extremely disappointed.

I have seen many doctors going through when I'm going through at the moment in my life. The minute I met Dr Neystat, I knew I wouldn't have to look any further for a neurologist. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, compassionate. Realize I got this feeling after our first meeting. I highly recommend her!

I previously left I believe, two five star reviews, based upon my first two visits. Unfortunately, I have to rescind those ratings, and then instead of leave a three or even a 2 1/2 if I could. And it’s a shame. I still think Dr. Neystat is an excellent neurologist, with a good bedside manner. Unfortunately, based upon recent experience, I cannot say the same for the staff. I don’t know what’s going on, as it was not like this before. I needed a refill on a medication, so I checked with CVS to see if it was eligible. There it stated. That they would contact The office to authorize the refill. A A few days later, I got a message from CVS telling me that they had made three attempts to contact the office, Leaving three messages, with absolutely no response. This prompted me to try, so I called the office. I think three times. Impossible to navigate Voice pumps, which only lead you in a circle telling you to go onto the website. So I did so, sending a message through their website portal. crickets. Nothing, nothing, nothing. Nothing I could do with elicit any kind of response whatsoever. So, at next opportunity, I got in the car and drove over there, where I spoke to what I believe was a office coordinator. I was told “we are very busy here“. What???. Unacceptable! At that point, I was going to just cancel everything, but since I had an appointment already made for a week or so later, and as the person I was dealing with called CVS while I was there, I decided to keep the appointment Why it was easier for her to do at that moment with me standing there, as opposed to before with all the messages I left, I do not know. Fast-forward a week or so. I keep my appointment. I walk in and the office is somewhat crowded, but I only saw one name in front of mine when I signed in. I sat there for maybe 40 minutes, Until I asked how long it would be. I was told it would be another 45 minutes or so. Since I was there only for a follow up, with nothing pressing, and because I really kept the appointment to hopefully speak to Dr. Neystat personally about what was going on with her office, I decided I had had enough. I canceled the appointment and I left, and will not be coming back, unless I am convinced that the administration has been straightened out. I will find a new neurologist. Again, this is sad, and unnecessary, but also unacceptable.

Highly professional, ethical, and honest.More a doctor ,she seems like a guardian of health, her stuff is up-to-date in their specialties, respectful and empathetic. She asks when, how and where each symptom started, I felt in the hands of a dedicated professional.✅️
