Every Single Time I came to this office they disappoint me. They are SLOW. They do not update you on the status of your position in waiting. They do not stick to their appointment times. And there is Zero Apology for the wait. I’ve been here multiple times in the past 2 years, and I have HAD IT with coming here. Every appointment I make, I then have to wait 1hr AFTER the appointment time to be seen. And most cases the dentists says what she cannot do to help solve things. They HAVE to do better in the community. They HAVE to care about their production and efficiency. Because they will lose client like myself - which they have already lost. I will NeVER return to that dentist office. And you shouldn’t either.

HORRIBLE! If I could give zero stars, I would. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time then was finally put in a dental chair where a staff member asked a few vague questions then put on a violent movie and left the room. After waiting another 15 minutes, I asked if the dentist was coming to see me soon and was told she was with another patient. Enough. I'm a professor and needed to get to CCNY where I teach. So I left and will never go back. The staff is unprofessional. The waiting room has bugs. DO NOT GO HERE!
