Loved the doctor, hated the front desk. Clearly they need training in customer service and phone etiquette. Not a very pleasant or professional front desk. The doctor was amazing too bad their front desk personnel was not.

Bad service. I called 4 times yesterday and only one person answered at 530pm to tell me they were about to close so they couldn't take my appointment.. the time before that when they answered I was on hold for 30 min! I had to hang up because i had to go back to work. I have called 3 times today and no one has answered! (wish I had a choice but it’s not for me this it’s an appointment for my elderly parent)
