The African American receptionist was very rude because I wanted to register using the paper forms and not scan on my phone to check in. Her office manager wasn't any better. Im at urgent care for a reason. I didnt appreciate having to go back and forth to seek care, being dismissed while speaking, or being told I cannot register using paper forms in the future with attitude. I guess because its a "poor" neighborhood they feel they can do or say whatever to patients. I was uncomfortable with the two of them during my visit. I had no issues with the Doctor and I had no issues with the staff last Saturday. They were pleasant and helpful.

My visit at urgent care was fantastic. I did not wait long at all to be seen and tested. The staff is very compassionate and caring. Ms. Diaz and Dr. Hughes were both very welcoming, professional and kind.
