Yesterday I went to the clinic with my daughter to have the stitches removed from her hand, and we had a very good experience. Everyone was kind, attentive, and professional from the front desk to the medical staff. They were very patient and caring, making my daughter feel calm and comfortable during the whole visit. We truly appreciate the excellent care and kindness. Highly recommend this clinic!

Went for an urgent visit and was seen almost right away (I made an appointment). Joana Pjetry the PA was wonderful! 5 stars to her!!! She was kind, thorough, and listened to all I said. She was right on point. Only reason for 4 stars is because l I needed x-rays and since it is advertised, I assumed they had a radiologist or x-ray service there but that wasn't the case,;also they sent my prescriptions to a different pharmacy from the one I specified on the paperwork. For x-rays Joana sent us to a place in New Rochelle were I was able to book an appt and got them done right away. I was surprised at the speed of results! Within 15 mins Joana was calling me back. Although x-rays weren't conclusive, she was concerned and told me to go to ER, and thanks to that I was able to receive proper care. Also, while I was on the phone with her, told her about the prescriptions and she fixed it right away. Just call ahead if you know you need x-rays on site, and double check your discharge papers before you leave to confirm the pharmacy (I read in other reviews that they had made the same mistake), but otherwise I was very pleased with the care I received.
