Dr. Spinner personally called me to guide me to the virtual visit as I was unfamiliar with the process. Although he was unable to help me in my case (through no fault of his own) immediately, he patiently listened, gave me guidance with empathy & compassion without being patronizing (he may have missed his caling as a therapist lol). Just an all around great guy. He absolutely leaves no question that he understands & truly cares.

This was my first visit with a pain management doctor. Very personable and professional. Explained various options for situation and answer any questions I had. Suggested I remain on my current path with physical therapy and exercise. I plan to go back there if my current program does not do the trick for treatment.
