I was able to get a telehealth appointment with Dr. Yoon the day after I scheduled, which was incredible to see. His office and those I spoke with regarding scheduling were beyond kind and very patient. Dr. Yoon was very kind, listened intently, and provided options about follow up appointments. Overall, it was a great experience and thankful for the quick scheduling time.

I wish I could provide a higher review because I truly did enjoy my time with the doctor I spoke with (which is why this has any stars at all). However, I was charged over 1,500 dollars for a 30-45 minute appointment and a small examination. With my insurance, I still owed over $170 for one preliminary appointment. When I called and explained that I was taken aback by $1,575 charged to my insurance, I was dismissed by billing and just was told that’s the cost. Affordability is part of quality medical care and I can’t recommend a place that doesn’t want to consider how charging $1,575 for an appointment and expecting someone to pay $200 at minimum per visit is inaccessible. Truly disappointed.
