My cousin (Inglis)had surgery there today at 7:30 a.m. The surgery took longer than expected because she doesn’t do well under anesthesia. After the horrible car accident she had in September, our nerves were already on edge, so every extra minute felt heavier. Sitting there, those four hours felt like twelve. I was anxious the whole time I was the transporter, the family reporter, the one holding it all together. The office was cold, but Searra was so accommodating. She brought over a heater and made sure everyone was comfortable. I know the nurses were probably annoyed with me because I kept checking in every hour after the surgery, but her recovery time just kept getting pushed back, and I was worried. Through all of that, Searra stayed humble and patient. She gave me grace when I needed it most. She was genuinely empathetic in a moment when I felt overwhelmed. May Searra continue to treat others with the same kindness and humility she showed me today. I had several procedures at Manhattan Reproductive Surgery Center. From check in to follow up everything was a breeze. The facility is spotless and efficient. The nurses and doctors handle each case with care, confidence and compassion. I preferred having procedures here than any hospital. I always felt safe and comfortable here. The waiting room was welcoming and comfortable for my husband who often waited for me. After procedures a nurse called several times to check in.
