Had an appointment today that I booked on Zocdoc. The door was locked; nobody was in the office! I called twice while I waited 40 minutes outside the door, left messages, no return call. I called in advance to ensure they take my insurance; they do. I also confirmed my appointment. I took time off work, paid for transportation, and fasted. I'm shocked any business could be this rude, with no call in advance to rebook.

I tried for a year and they will not release my medical records to me from Dr Beautyman's practice!!! Dr Tangirala's license should be revoked!!! Do not go to her!!!
