Dr. Herbert Chien has great bedside manners and he saw me immediately at the last minute when it was an emergency. He explained the steps, and answered all my questions, even silly ones if I could use chopsticks to scratch my foot while it was in a soft cast. I highly recommend Dr. Herbert Chien.

He will explain everything that's wrong down to the exact detail and will lead you in the right direction to a successful recovery.
