Dr. Chow and her team have been incredibly supportive, professional and understanding throughout this entire process. They have been incredibly helpful and timely with completing my medical leave paperwork for work, which took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders. Dr. Chow took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, recovery timeline and expectations using detailed images and explanations, which made me feel much more informed and reassured, especially knowing I’ll be undergoing surgeries on both feet. I’ve always had anxiety around hospitals and medical clinics since I was young, but simply speaking with Dr. Chow has made this experience feel far less stressful and overwhelming.
