Ally is an amazing therapist, and our son loves her. Definitely a five-star experience with her. However, when we arrived her coworker Anna went into her room and blasted her TV or laptop at an extremely loud volume during my son’s session. I felt terrible for my son, as he had to endure such an unpleasant noise during his play therapy with Ally. I saw no empathy, kindness, or respect from Anna. As a therapist, I would have expected her to understand how distressing such loud noises can be, especially for children on the spectrum. I hope management reads this, takes appropriate action, and ensures the safety and comfort of all children during their sessions.
