I am new to wearing glasses as my eyesight went bad last year, so today was my 2nd eyeglasses exam ever and my 1st contact lenses exam (1st eyeglasses was last year at diff doctor). I really liked everyone I encountered at this location! The doctor was great! Very informative and patient so I def recommend coming here for exams. The receptionist was quick to find my insurance info, she checked that I had a separate co-pay for contact exam and let me know the price before the exam. Emmanuel was awesome! He did my initial scans and stuff with eye ultrasound and blinking lights. His bright attitude made the experience a lot less daunting than my previous doc's place. The contact lens teacher did an amazing job teaching me how to put in and take out my contacts. She demo'ed many times and was very encouraging. I would be so lost without her tips! After everything I was trying on different lenses with the sales associate at the counter and he was great too! He showed me some in my insurance price range and also meta glasses (I asked) but I didn't end up buying anything today and they didn't push.
