I got the appointment fast and was seen pretty quick too but his bedside manner is horrible. I was seen fast and he only took a quick look at my nose and he said they are only dry. Told me to use some nasal spray. He brushed me off when I asked more questions. I feel uncomfortable to ask him further. The problem is still not cured after 1 month. Told me to come back for follow up . I'm not coming back especially he is going to charge me again.

I am a regular patient of Dr Lam. Most recently I have gone fur severe allergies. My symptoms have improved greatly. The appointments are always fast and to the point. I have no ideas with his care.
