Had to get a lung CT scan at the Francis Lewis/32nd ave location, and it was a great experience overall. I called to make the appointment, and there were no issues. Reminder emails and texts were sent, including a link to the form to pre-register. Arrived to the location, used the free valet parking, and went inside. Everyone was organized and efficient. Dealt with 2 people at the front desk, and 2 in the back for the actual scan. Everyone was on time and sincere. 10/10. Highly recommend.
