I would give zero stars if possible. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a medical office, mainly due to the incredibly rude front desk service. I had to call multiple times just to get the correct prescription sent to the pharmacy, and throughout the entire process, the front desk staff was dismissive and unprofessional. At no point did anyone apologize for the inconvenience caused. The entire experience was unnecessarily stressful and handled very poorly.

My daughter has been going to this location for 4 years now. Pleasant, clean place. But my reason for this review is to say Becky is awesome! My daughter did lab work back in September. No one seemed to locate the information. Every day, I kept repeating myself. Becky found the information after a long mix-up of old lab works. Thank you to this young lady! I’ve been repeating the same information for 4 months.
