I was a patient here years ago and they and the blood lab they use are rude, incompetent and unprofessional. Maggie Tavdy’s “right hand”/phlebotomist/assistant, Natasha, and receptionist talk about and make fun of their patients in their language and aren’t discreet about, one time they withdrew blood for my routine bloodwork and Natasha told me, “The lab lost your blood. We have to do it again”, wasted my time, when Maggie has to discuss your medical condition with you, she’ll do so in a patient room but will have the next patient standing outside the door where they can hear us (medical info. is supposed to be confidential!) and another patient who, like myself, had an early morning appointment noticed they let, what looked like, a friend of theirs be seen before us. I was worried about my health and overwhelmed by everything else I was dealing with at that time that I couldn’t muster the energy to search for a better doctor’s office. In hindsight, I’m appalled at the lack of professionalism, respect and empathy these people demonstrated. I’m embarrassed for them and glad I don’t have to go back.

Finding a doctor who truly listens can be challenging, but Dr. Maggie Tavdy excels at it. She is remarkably knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every aspect of your condition and treatment plan with clarity. Her sympathetic nature and willingness to truly hear her patients concerns make a huge difference. You feel understood and supported. The staff in her office are also wonderful, creating a welcoming and professional environment. A fantastic experience overall!
