Even after so many years, Macy’s has still got it. Sparkling clean store, and merchandised up to the hilt. Really beautiful, classy looking clothes and jewelry. With plenty of helpful, knowledgeable staff. A nice place to shop. ♿️

Happy Prcn
Very disappointing experience at the Mason Francis Kurkdjian counter in Macy’s. One sales associate made us feel completely unwelcome from the start. She looked at us with annoyance and behaved as if we didn’t belong there or were not “serious” buyers. Her attitude was cold, judgmental, and unprofessional — which is shocking for a luxury fragrance counter. Customers should never feel profiled or looked down on simply for browsing. First impressions matter, and hers was extremely negative. Thankfully, Diamond and Karina were the complete opposite — friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Thanks to them, we ended up purchasing 4 perfumes. They truly saved the experience and demonstrated what proper customer service should look like.
