I had a very disappointing experience with this office, specifically with the office manager, Juan. My son has flat feet and was fitted for orthopedic insoles a few months ago. Since then, he has already grown from a size 7 to a size 8…which is completely normal for children. When I called to ask about getting his insoles resized or refitted, I was told insurance would only approve one fitting and that there were no options or solutions. What was most frustrating was not just the answer, but the lack of empathy and willingness to help. Children’s feet grow quickly, and proper support is important for conditions like flat feet. Dismissing a parent’s concern without offering alternatives, guidance, or even basic courtesy is unacceptable. I understand insurance limitations may exist, but a professional office should be willing to explain options, suggest next steps, or show some level of care. Instead, I was met with rudeness and no support. I hope this office improves how they communicate with patients and families, especially when it comes to pediatric care.
