We did blood work here. They told us to call back for the results. When we called back and asked for the results, the receptionist said they had a lot of paperwork and super busy at the moment to look at our results?? At least send the results via email or something. Weeks passed and I’m still waiting on my blood work results. ???

This place is an insurance scam. I waited 50 minutes, for an annual visit. I was asked 10 times why I didn’t want to do bloodwork though I explained each time that my insurance does not cover annual bloodwork. I just wanted to have a doctor set up in case I got a cold or was sick, but I’ll be going into the city to get adequate medical care since the ones in Staten Island are just trying to get insurance money. Did not wait any longer to see the doctor. Cannot recommend this place. Also there was a hot stone massage being advertised here. Not sure what kind of place this is, not a legit medical facility.
