Came to doctor to have labs completed. Doc disregarded paperwork given and put incorrect order. Staff also unpleasant and unhelpful. However I did not expect much from a clinic in this area, just for the doc to at least read a paper correctly.

I went in for my physical and went back for my lab results I owed $15 copay and their card read "wasn't working" so I gave them my physical card and 3 hrs later my bank contacts me for via text saying "did you make a $400 purchase on only fans?" Obviously I typed no and I don't use those sites for anything. One of the women at the front desk is doing fraud. I had cash I should've payed cash smh. I'm reporting them now and they're going to see my face tomorrow and hear my mouth. SOMEONE WILL GET FIRED I PROMISE YOU THAT! Avoid that place sorry to say the front desk females have a job and still want more money get another job.
