I feel like this is tech savvy and very convenient instead of meeting in person. It is easy to upload insurance and paperwork. I basically pick a provider by researching which person would be best for me personally! If you wish to discontinue or continue service, they allow you to do what you want. There is a cancellation fee that is $25 if you don’t show up for the appointment. Overall, I think this is easy going and simple for me. Honestly with payments, it depends on your insurance you have and the provider you have etc and what you are here for

No issues with the clinical provider, but we left the practice due to the office. Constantly scheduling appointments without asking our availability. Recently I asked for a full week about a medication refill and my child ended up going without medication due to the lack of response. If NP Penny goes to a different office we would absolutely see her again. But this place can not be trusted with patient care.
