Best paediatric ever! my son and daughter visit this doctor and I am delighted with her professionalism and attitude towards children! always attentive, will not miss a single complaint or concern about the condition of the children! I am always confident in her, I listen and follow all instructions! the best children's doctor! a wonderful person and a professional in his field! my 2-year-old daughter does not even cry at the appointment and when she is vaccinated!

I highly suggest avoiding this doctor. After two visits, I’ve had enough. First, the doctor seems more focused on seeing as many patients as possible rather than actually providing quality care. Both times I went, the office was overbooked with people, sometimes 5-10 others at the same time. This leads to an extremely long wait (I’ve had to wait hours both visits) and minimal time with the doctor. Each visit I only got about 5-10 minutes of her attention, and she was quick to dismiss any concerns I expressed about my newborn. It was clear that the goal was to churn through as many patients as possible, not to provide thoughtful, individualized care for my child. The front desk staff is also a major issue—rude, unhelpful, and inflexible. During my first appointment, I had to move my time to the afternoon due to a sleepless night with my newborn. When I arrived, the doctor scolded me for arriving in the afternoon when that's supposedly when sick kids come in. Nobody explained this when I called to change my appointment, and it was my first visit—I could have easily come the next day if I had been given that information. On my second visit, I was late by just 30 minutes because of breastfeeding, and I was told by phone 10min past the appointment time that my appointment would be canceled if I didn’t arrive right within 5min. I made it there 30 minutes past my appointment, and then I was told I’d need to wait at least an hour to see the doctor because the waiting room was overcrowded (at least 15 kids). Not only was there no room to sit, but when I asked where I was supposed to breastfeed or change my baby, they were completely unsympathetic. I was met with rude comments from the staff, and they told me that I wouldn’t have to wait if I had arrived on time. It was baffling to me that they are so strict about time but allow the office to be overcrowded to the point where there’s no place to sit and kids are sitting on the floor. I couldn’t take it anymore and left the office. There’s absolutely no understanding or flexibility here. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor who actually cares about their patients. The lack of empathy, poor communication, and overbooking make this practice a huge waste of time.
