Very unpleasant. Waiting times are absolutely ridiculous. It is pointless to give patients an appointment if you’re not going to follow it. They keep taking people in that miss their appointment times by 30 mins to an hour which automatically sets back everyone who actually makes the effort to get there on time for the appointment. For that, just do walk ins. If you go for an appointment, be ready to be sitting in the waiting room for hours.
