From what I can tell, sharing and discussing a patient's medical history is illegal without written permission. I certainly did not allow the entire crowd in the reception room to hear it. The doctor also turned to my mother for confirmation on certain vaccinations that I had requested (I am 26)??? On top of that, I was administered multiple pregnancy tests without my knowledge even though I insisted that there was no chance of pregnancy. This was on the same day as a check-up so I didn't think twice about a urine sample. Bizarre experience. The only saving grace were the receptionists that were very kind and helpful the few times I returned, but no one goes to a doctor for wonderful reception alone.

If only there was an option of 0 star...It was absolutely RIDICULOUS of how Dr. CAI MD as a doctor herself, fails to follow the MOST BASIC rule of HIPAA: VIOLATING PATIENT'S RIGHT! I am very disappointed in her and I would never suggest any one to come here!
