Every time I call this office, the customer service experience is very disappointing. Before I can even fully explain my situation, I receive quick responses with an attitude, without them properly checking the system. I am trying to schedule an earlier appointment or take advantage of any cancellations, since the doctor is only available once a week. However, it feels like the staff are not reviewing the schedule or checking if there are any openings before responding. I would appreciate it if calls were handled more carefully and the system was properly checked for any available earlier appointments or cancellations.
