THIS REVIEW IS NOT ABOUT THE DR'S. JUST ABOUT THE 2 INCOMPETANT WOMAN WHO WORK THE DESK. I found this office while searching online. I called the office, my first question was if thet accepted my insurance. Aetna/Medicare. They asked for my insurance ID#, and confirmed that they do accept it. I then had a breif talk about my concern with my eyes, again they confirmed the Dr can treat me. I recently had back surgery, and can not get around well, I mostly leave the house to see doctors. I arrived at the office this morning for my apt. The took my name, and asked about my insurance. They quickly said " WE DONT TAKE YOUR INSURANCE" I reminded them that they knew my insurance info when I first called. After a minute or so of going back and forth, I figured these 2 ladied were not competant enough to flip burgers never mind hold a job working in a Drs office. I will be sending them a bill for my wasted time, and the painful effort it took for me to get there.

MD Blesser is a wonderful doctor. My 5 year son is a patient of hers for almost a year now and I can’t say enough about how kind and patient she is with him. She is very giving of her time. You always feel like she is giving you her undivided attention and will explain things clearly. She assisted me with the paperwork for getting my son vision services. I had called the office when I had a problem and she called me back the same day. I feel nowadays you’re lucky if a doctor will get back to you in a week or even return your phone call at all. Once my son got the services at school she offered to speak to the therapist if needed so they can collaborate together. She without a doubt cares about her patients and wants to see them improve. My son is blessed to be one of her patients. He’s already showing signs of improvement and it’s because of her and her wonderful team.
