Honestly, after an exam - accompanied by records of my X-rays and an on-the-spot photo - the dentist's description of the issue and the appropriate treatment is crystal clear. My trust and their care reliably delivers the best results.

Dr. Nancy Kim provided excellent clinical care. The deep cleaning was thorough and comfortable, and I felt confident in her professionalism. My experience had been very positive up until the end. Unfortunately, the billing communication completely changed my impression. After treatment was completed, I was informed that my insurance claim had been denied and that I needed to pay the remaining balance immediately. The issue was not the payment itself, but the way it was communicated — it felt abrupt and unnecessarily pressured. The tone during the billing discussion lacked empathy and professionalism, which overshadowed what had otherwise been excellent clinical care. Because of this, I would not feel comfortable returning.
