I’m writing this because it is really dissatisfaction and annoying. I have been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Yelena since Feb month and still, I haven't got an appointment or got to meet the Dr. I found Dr. Yelena via Zodoc and after when I tried to get an appointment I was told by the receptionist to first change PCP to her. Okay, I did and after that, I have been calling and calling. Sometimes the call wait is so long and most of the time the receptionist is very rude whoever she is. Recently I called and asked can I know if Dr. Yelene is available on other days than Wednesday and Thursday and the receptionist rudely said NO & hung up. Needing to change the PCP ASAP. The patients are coming to Dr. Yelene because of the good reviews but the receptionist has a very bad attitude maybe there are lots of patients to deal with however they should know the patient ain't coming for them but the doctors and it's their job to give proper service.

Love this office because you can actually reach reception and schedule easily. The team is so pleasant. I’m very grateful to find this doctor in the neighborhood. She’s very comforting and I feel at ease with her. I’ve never felt rushed here even though I did arrive late to my appointment. Great bedside manner. Office is very clean.
