I’ve been to this practice twice (once previously and again in 2026), and unfortunately had similar negative experiences both times. During my first visit, I was assigned a therapist in training. I expressed that I didn’t feel it was the right fit, but my concerns weren’t taken seriously and I was still expected to continue. I gave it a fair chance, but ultimately stopped going because it wasn’t helpful. I decided to return this year hoping for a better experience, but ran into many of the same issues. The therapist I saw asked repetitive intake-style questions each session, and I didn’t feel like I was receiving meaningful guidance or progress. Communication was also a major problem. It was very difficult to get in contact with staff or my therapist. There was even a situation where an appointment was affected by a storm, and I didn’t receive any follow-up until weeks later when I reached out myself. Billing was another concern, as I was charged more than once for visits I had already paid for. Overall, the practice feels disorganized, with limited availability for in-person sessions and a heavy reliance on phone appointments, which may not work for everyone. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location to someone seeking consistent, reliable, in-person mental health support.
