The vegan hot food was absolutely world-class. I didn't try the other things (they have a juice bar and other shelf items) but the food was just amazing. I can't describe the flavor because I am not familiar with the condiments but out of several continents I've dined in this may be my favorite place ever. I'm going to add a little more context to avoid someone reading this, getting excited, and ending up disappointed. The food doesn't try to imitate meat, though some of it tasted like sausage and could pass. Instead it is full of flavor without things like cheese and excess salt, which is generally bad for you. It's seasoned with real herbs and spices, not fatty sauces or butter. It has the kind of ingredients I would eat if I were a rich athlete or hired a personal chef: healthy and tasty. The flavor is bold an unique.
