Just started going and immediately felt the welcoming and organized vibes. Just start sessions with my therapist Emon who is really understanding and willing to do what it takes to help. The place was very clean and well kept. All staff are friendly especially the receptionist Wendy and Jessica! They def deserve praise for helping me throughout my onboarding process and finding the place with such great attitudes and patience

Unprofessional place of business. The person, Jennifer, who takes the calls does not have any information about the counselors/therapists and expects clients to pay for a session with someone without knowing about their experience or licensing and will tell you this is a normal practice. Nothing about booking the session was easy. Down to giving my insurance information. I tried to give her one form and she kept pressuring me for another. At one point she told me maybe their services are not a good fit for me since I wad asking questions about the clinician and only wanted to give her one form of insurance. They have no website and their system for scheduling seems archaic. A session was booked one day and then canceled the next because it was made in error.
