First time visiting when I get there they said u have to change ure doctor name on the health insurance card but the guy sam called me he said it's ok u don't have to, front desk ladies they don't know anything NPI number when I said talk to my health insurance operator she walked away very unprofessional people wasted so much time. They took my iD and health insurance card then returned it latter they asked me again they don't know what they r doing.
