I totally recommend. I was so happy with their customer service and they had a great selection of super fun vintage frames that cant be found anywhere else! Both the staff the doctor and the selection were great. I have literally just purchased a pair from LensCrafters the previous week for reading so I decided to purchase a second pair from Lexington optical for computer (different RX than reading). They pulled up my insurance so I could get the second pair using my insurance discount that allows me to buy a second pair of frames and lenses for a percentage off. And the doctor even came out to let me sample the computer lenses which are calculated by using both the distance and reading prescription together. Then when I picked up the glasses it was the doctor who helped to size them too which I really appreciated. I was just so pleased with them I would love to go back! I highly recommend them. And I love supporting a boutique business that is local in the area.

My experience at this store is beyond appalling. I have worn eyeglasses for over 22 years and gotten them done in several countries and cities. Never in my wildest imagination would I have ever thought that I would get service like this for eyeglasses. They do not get your prescription right, they promise to call and don’t call and lie that they left a message. They have previously communicated by email and then say that’s not what they do anymore within a few months of sending an email. I doubt the credibility of all the front desk staff, they lie and only care about money. No interest in service delivery. Why will it take over 40 days to reach out to me that my glasses are ready! Then lie and gaslight that you reached out. When we initially came to their store in December, they promised that lenses would be ready in 2 weeks. My mother left this country without her glasses because they destroyed the lenses and had to order another one. After it was ready, I asked them to send it by post as it is not my responsibility and it still took 2 weeks for them to figure out posting it. I had to pay FedEx to pick it up from their establishment. Save yourself the headache and avoid this store completely!!! Plus whoever the owner is, if you are reading this, your front desk staff is going to run your business to the ground! You need to do an overhauling/retraining of your staff.
