I have no idea how ppl had a negative experience here, after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try and I’m so happy I did. Originally bought my grandma after a lengthy hospital stay and they were able to rehabilitate her back with speech, physical and occupational therapy. The front desk was very professional and pleasant, therapists truly cared for her and you could see it wasn’t just a job for them. I am now bringing my child and she’s making great progress in speech. Every experience is subjective and I’m happy I did not go by the reviews the location was convenient and the service. THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR YOUR DEDICATION AND HARD WORK!!!

It was my mistake to come to this place. I brought my daughter to their speech therapist Frida for a speech evaluation that includes oral mechanism evaluation. When I asked to do the oral evaluation as I was very worried about my daughter’s speech delay, she refused to do it telling that my daughter won’t come to her next time. To my biggest surprise I have received a bill for oral evaluation as well. I called a billing department a few times asking why they billed for something that haven’t been done I received an answer that the owner Adelina Samuels said to bill for this too. They lied saying that my daughter didn’t want to do it but Frida haven’t tried it and still I didn’t get the report from her. When I called I asked the owner to call me back and she never did. Luckily, I found another speech therapist who quickly got along with my daughter and performed the evaluation how it should be done. PS strange that the owner Adelina Samuels is asking her relatives to post the positive reviews here when she clearly needs to improve customer service
