Dr. Volfinzon is truly amazing. He is the primary care physician for both my mom and me, and we couldn’t ask for a more understanding, caring, and highly professional doctor. Even after we moved from Brooklyn to Uptown Manhattan, we chose to keep him as our PCP - and we will never change that. Dr. Volfinzon always stays in touch, is incredibly attentive, and consistently goes above and beyond to help. I trust him like no one else. A big thank you as well to the wonderful girls at the front desk - they are simply the best. Always responsive, helpful, and genuinely empathetic. This office sets the standard for outstanding care.

I will be switching doctors bc of the disgusting women working at the billing department who thought it was appropriate to laugh at billing issues.
