Ray, the optician, provides excellent service. My glasses were constantly slipping and falling off, and Ray fixed them with incredible precision and care. His skill and attention to detail truly saved my day-to-day experience with these frames. I really appreciate the professionalism and quality of service.

Great experience here today. Optometrist was excellent. She took time to listen and explained everything. I wasn’t going to buy glasses here because I just needed something cheap - but the sales person showed me their less expensive frames and they were perfect! I highly recommend this place for their customer service (thanks Rachel) and professionalism.

Dr. Choi was fantastic! She was very personable and explained everything that was happening in terms I could understand. This was the best eye exam I’ve had and I’ve been going yearly for the past 30 years! Ramon was also very helpful and efficient with my year supply of contacts purchase as well as my new Prada eyeglasses purchase. This will be my eye doctor going forward!

This was my first time getting an eye exam at Lens Crafters and it won’t be my last. I loved everything about the store, the team and overall experience and customer service which is rare nowadays. I loved the tech aspect of the exam as well and Dr. Choi was fabulous. I will definitely be back for other exams.
