The staff were really friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. The store was clean and organized from what I saw. I was greeted and immediately guided to the waiting area for my eye exam. Dr. Jake was super nice and friendly, and answered any questions I had. Shahnaz was the salesperson who helped me post eye exam. She brought out a couple options of frames, and was consistently checking up on me while I was browsing. She answered any questions I had about pricing and insurance which was super helpful. Overall, had a really great experience at this LensCrafters.

This Lens Crafters is the absolute BEST. Cloyde and Lay were hands down the best people ever to have sold me glasses. I will never purchase glasses from anywhere else. Hands down the best time I’ve ever had purchasing glasses. Please come - you will not be disappointed. Their professionalism and care is wonderful. Enrica did an amazing job training this team!
