I booked with Lenox Hill Mind Care despite the receptionist Donna being oddly rude, confrontational, and unhelpful. Against my better judgment, I booked anyway. When I went to my appointment it was canceled without any phone call or anything. It has taken a lot for me to be able to seek help, and it is truly debilitating when you reach out to mental health providers and they are not just unhelpful, they are truly harmful when it comes to getting help. Please save yourself the heartache I and many others have endured and go elsewhere.

Honestly the TMS treatment saved my life! I was seeking professional help from Dr. Patrick in regards to my anxiety and depression. When she suggested TMS as a form of treatment I was definitely skeptical at first because I’ve never heard of it before. I was in a very dark place and I was willing to try anything. I’m really glad that I went through with it because I came out stronger in the end. My symptoms of depression have greatly improved and I feel like I can function as a person again. The whole team at Lenox hill was very supportive and encouraging as I went through this process! Dr. Patrick was very helpful and patient with me as we figured out my medication plan. Donna was incredibly kind and understanding whenever I had my tough days during treatment. Stacey is an amazing therapist with insightful thoughts and ways to cope with my mental health. The staff is exceptional and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
