My experience at the Lenox Hill offices at 15th Street are always positive, it is now my preferred site for any imgaging procedures. The Staff are professional, thorough & friendly, they provide clear instructions and display compassion to patients. The waiting rooms, dressing rooms, examination rooms, staff offices and workstations, bathrooms and other common areas are clean and organized. The internal temperature is warm and conducive for undressing when needed and finally the equipment is sanitary with application of warmed gels and ointments for the particular procedures. So grateful for the staff’s and management’s attention to care at this facility making stress inducive medical procedure's less tense and welcoming. All medical facilities should model their examination spaces and care to patients according to this site’s guidelines.
