The moment I arrived, I was received by Ordanis., and other staff with outstanding interpersonal skills. He was courteous, professional and skillful which made it a very pleasant and welcoming experience. The wait time was very short. The mammogram technician was knowledgeable of her trait, courteous and quick, so was the ultrasound technician.

I would like to highlight the incredibly caring and compassionate attitude of the staff. Unfortunately, women come there for biopsies, and that can be very scary. But from the very first minute, starting at the front desk, you are met with so much warmth and kindness. They even offered snacks because it was early in the morning. I spent several hours there going through all the procedures, and when I was leaving, they offered me snacks again. Thank you so much for this level of care and support—it truly means a lot.
