I had an excellent experience today at the Sunnyside location of Lenox Hill Radiology. From start to finish, the team was professional, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Leilani was my MRI tech and she was absolutely amazing—she explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout the scan, and kept me calm and informed the entire time. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. Brandon and Sandra at the front desk provided top-tier customer service. They were warm, efficient, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and positive attitude truly set the tone for the visit. Nicole was my X-ray tech today and she was just as wonderful—kind, patient, and very skilled. She made the process quick and comfortable while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The entire visit felt organized, respectful, and patient-centered. The staff truly work as a team and create an environment where you feel valued and cared for. Highly recommend this location. I would absolutely return.
