Update: I had to return unfortunately for additional imaging. And I feel the EXACTLY the same. I hope I never have to revisit this location as it is: cold, unweIcoming and not very tidy as you can see from my pics. I supposed I'm used to a certain level of service for such a delicate procedure as a mammogram. This place felt cold and uninviting. The front desk was welcoming and pleasant, and the ultrasound tech was okay but I felt slighted. Nobody introduced themselves, seats were all clumped together in the waiting area with people having to almost step over you, no locker was provided (I just carried my clothes and personal belongings from room to room placed them from chair to chair) and while it wasn't dirty, it wasn't sparkling clean. I'm going to spend the extra bucks and continue my service at Maimonides Breast cancer center. Perhaps, I'll continue to use LenoxHill for X-rays and the like.
