The front desk staff who handled the registration process was exceptionally welcoming, courteous, and professional, making everything smooth and comfortable from the very beginning. The lady responsible for taking the X-ray was also incredibly kind, friendly, and caring throughout the procedure. Their professionalism, warm attitude, and excellent patient care created a very positive experience. I genuinely appreciate the dedication and friendliness shown by the entire team.

I’ve been with Lenox for a few years now, and my visit at the Jackson Heights location was another great experience. This was my first visit there, and I had both a mammogram and a sonogram done. I truly can’t say enough good things about the technicians who took care of me. They were incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything, were very gentle, and showed genuine care, which made a potentially stressful visit feel calm and reassuring. I left feeling very grateful for such compassionate and attentive care.
