I had a very positive experience at Lenox Hill Radiology. The staff was professional, welcoming, and very helpful from the moment I arrived. They were able to quickly pull up my information and locate my doctor in the system, which made the process seamless. It was easy to walk in, and within minutes I was called and given clear instructions on the next steps. I also appreciated how clean the facility was — the bathroom, changing room, and X-ray rooms were all very well maintained. Cassandra was especially kind and helpful. She gave clear instructions throughout the process, and even went out of her way to get me water. Her care and attentiveness made a difference. Thank you to the team for making the experience smooth and pleasant.

It was a nice experience the Technician in the girls in the front desk were very nice attentive. I did not have to wait long the only thing to stretch it. They need to get a better one but other than that everything was fine.
