I can’t say enough good things about my visit to Lenox Hill Radiology. From the moment I arrived, the front desk lady was absolutely outstanding—so friendly, warm, and welcoming. She immediately put me at ease and made the check-in process feel effortless. It’s rare to receive that level of genuine kindness and professionalism right off the bat. The rest of the staff was great too, but that first impression really stood out. Highly recommend this location!

I had a wonderful experience with Lillian, Flora, and Ann at the front desk. Lillian was especially outstanding. I had forgotten to upload my doctor’s referrals online, and she went above and beyond to help me recover it directly from the doctor. She made the whole process so smooth and saved us so much time. Her support was truly exceptional. The entire team is kind, helpful, and welcoming. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into an easy and pleasant one. I’m very grateful for their assistance and would highly recommend them!
