Overall, it was a good experience. The front desk staff on the first floor were very lovely and welcoming. The front desk on the second floor was a bit different. I wouldn’t say she was rude, but she seemed a little indifferent. She didn’t smile or greet me with a “good morning,” and overall felt somewhat disengaged. My ultrasound technician Christina was very professional and kind. , she was sweet, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I really appreciated her professionalism.

The team here is fantastic! From the receptionists to the radiologist - everyone is so professional, efficient and warm and friendly which you don’t always find at Bklyn offices. Thank you all so much! Highly recommend this location for any radiology needs. You’ll be in good hands.
